Delivery, Refund & Exchange Policy

DELIVERY POLICY 

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 24 hours and shipping information confirmed by e-mail. 

Funky Pants will supply all goods to the shipping company in good order. Please be informed that any goods lost or damaged in transit are at your liability.  

For items in stock, please allow 5-7 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. For items not in stock, please allow around 14 business days for items to be processed and shipped. 

Shipping costs relate to the weight of the product and are calculated by Australia Post. 

Should you wish to return an item, you can do so at our next event, or return at your own cost.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

REFUND POLICY 

You can only exchange new, unworn items within 7 days after delivery Items should be returned in their original packaging where applicable. 

Items not available for refund or exchange are : underwear,swimwear and sports bras. 

The fulfillment of orders is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Funky Pants will refund the client in full within 30 days.

EXCHANGES  

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at orders@funkypants.com.au 

Exchanges can be done within 30 days of purchase provided it is still in the condition it was purchased, it has not been worn or washed and the tag is still on. 

It’s preferable to exchange an item at our next event, and we can arrange that via email prior to the next event.   

If you need to exchange via post, please return items at your cost and we’ll send the replacement item at our cost. 

STOCK AVAILABILITY  

We are unable to guarantee permanent availability of all items at all times. We will be in contact with your if your order can’t be fulfilled.
